About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Review Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Review Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing and assessing contracts proposed by clients or subconsultants, identifying key clauses for negotiation, and liaising with the business regarding negotiating these clauses.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project correspondence on claims, preparing legal documents, forms, and contracts, and undertaking legal research for our APAC Risk Management team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review and assess contracts against existing company guidelines to mitigate potential legal risk.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to negotiate key contract clauses.
  • Deal with general contract queries from the business units.

  • You should have strong drafting skills and attention to detail when reviewing and assisting with legal documents.

  • You should enjoy working in a close team environment with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Prior experience in a contract management or review role is essential.
