About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and drive business growth.
  • Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiate and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients' requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers, and develop and maintain relationships to drive business growth.
  • Ensure consistency across sites and divisions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards, and liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments, and suggest new ways to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Experience in B2B sales and cold calling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of direct selling culture and commercial sales principles.
  • High-level commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
