We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our human resources strategy across Australia and Malaysia.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR teams and developing strategies that align with business goals. You will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, developing, managing, and retaining our valued employees. This includes coaching and supporting the HR team to grow and develop their skills and knowledge.

You will also be responsible for planning, designing, and executing specific HR initiatives and programs ranging from attraction and engagement, learning and development, talent management, reward and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and improving the overall employee experience.

As a senior leader, you will work collaboratively with the business to drive HR initiatives and provide advice and guidance to our senior leadership and Executive teams across all HR-related issues and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about people and culture, with a problem-solving mentality and a focus on continuous improvement.

With prior HR management experience, you will have strong capabilities across all HR generalist functions and a sound understanding of employment legislation. Ideally, you will have experience working in various industries across small, medium, and large organizations, with prior experience working across Asia being advantageous.

You will have excellent interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management skills and be consultative and flexible in your approach, providing practical advice and solutions that suit the stakeholders' needs.

This is a 12-14 month parental leave contract role pending start date, and you will be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
