Quality and Compliance Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality and compliance excellence across our aged care services. With your expertise in governance and risk management, you will partner with senior leaders to implement innovative solutions that improve patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective quality and compliance frameworks to ensure high-quality care and continuous improvement.
  • Build the capability of senior leaders to ensure an effective governance and quality framework.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing or health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality.
  • Current registration with professional body is highly desirable.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or working towards.
  • Current driver's license.
