About the Role:

You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth aligns with the platform's ambitions. Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering, influencing how software is delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the QA vision

  • Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems
  • Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers
  • Mindset that sees obstacles as opportunities to raise the bar
