Drive Quality Excellence as Mid-Senior QA Leader

This is a leadership role that requires setting the standard for quality and embedding it from strategy through release. As QA Lead, you will lead a team of three and work with engineers and product leaders who value getting it right the first time.
Our fast-growing SaaS business is building a next-generation, cloud-native payroll product. We are looking for an experienced professional to drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS or financial systems.
- Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
- Excellent communication skills – able to engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers.
