We are seeking a dedicated Service Leader to spearhead our children's care program in Toorak. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program that caters to the needs of primary-aged children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to create daily plans and organize activities that promote learning, fun, and play. You will also supervise and support a group of children, preparing and serving healthy food options while building meaningful relationships with families and the school community.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have an enthusiastic approach to childcare, with a strong focus on forming positive relationships. A relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification is essential, as is a valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
