Childrens Care Worker

Our team is seeking dedicated educators to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) program. As an educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for working with children and ensuring their safety, wellbeing and happiness
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Outstanding teamwork abilities, always enthusiastic about supporting the team deliver exceptional services
You will be responsible for maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing of the children in our care, planning and implementing engaging activities, creating a welcoming environment, and engaging in play-based learning with primary school aged children. We offer a minimum guarantee of 11.25 hours per week on a permanent basis, including after-school care from 3pm to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
