**Children's Services Coordinator Role**
We are seeking an experienced and caring Children's Services Coordinator to lead our Before and After School Care program at St Michael's Parish School in Ashburton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the provision of high-quality activities that promote children's learning and development. This includes developing daily programs, supervising staff, and providing a safe and engaging environment for children.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and school staff. You will also have relevant qualifications and experience working with children, including a Certificate 4, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in children's services or equivalent.
In addition to your professional qualifications, you will need to hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check and First Aid and CPR training.
This is a casual position, requiring flexibility in terms of hours worked, but offering a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
