Job Title: Children's Care Coordinator
The organization is seeking a qualified and caring individual to provide quality care for children in a safe learning environment.
This role involves developing and delivering engaging daily activities, preparing healthy meals, and building meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the community.
Responsibilities:- Activity Development: Design and implement daily activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value.
- Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks that meet the dietary needs of the children.
- Environment: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical development.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the community through effective communication and teamwork.
- A recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in children’s services, early childhood, or a related field.
- A current Employee Working with Children’s Checks (or willingness to obtain).
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willingness to obtain).
- CHCPRT001 - Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
