About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President-Regional Management-Asia Pacific to join our team at Brookfield Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Global Client Group, you will be responsible for designing and executing the regional business plan, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving fundraising efforts in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the regional business plan, aligning with global strategies and objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, external advisors, and internal teams.
- Drive fundraising efforts in the Asia Pacific region, developing and implementing strategies to meet fundraise targets.
- Lead the APAC Fundraise Management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement marketing materials, including offering memoranda and investor presentations.
- Act as senior representative for fundraise management in Asia Pacific, participating in GCG leadership meetings as required.
- Coach and mentor new team members, supporting their development and alignment with global counterparts.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in finance, business management, or a relevant discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.
- Demonstrated understanding of the LP landscape and preferences, styles, and requirements across key regions and investor types.
- Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate details of fund approach.
- Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.
- Strong global team management experience.
- Experience in high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred.
- Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience strongly preferred.

- Ability to motivate others to think, persevere, and execute on ideas that are out of their comfort zone.
- Have a focus on development of others, giving feedback and when required having difficult conversations.
- Ability to read, speak, and write fluent English.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
