About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic professional to join our team as a Support Coordinator.

  • Assist individuals with disability to implement their NDIS plans and coordinate services and supports.
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies, disability associations, and support groups.
  • Promote our organization's services and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS.
Key Responsibilities

As a Support Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing NDIS plans and coordinating services and supports for individuals with disability.
  2. Completing all necessary administration to the required standard, ensuring full compliance.
  3. Maintaining and developing relations with quasi-government bodies, disability associations, and support groups.
  4. Taking ownership of developing and retaining these networks.
  5. Promoting our organization's services and generating interest in support coordination under the NDIS.
