Support Worker Job

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. This includes building strong relationships through person-centered approaches, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality support services to clients in accordance with their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Disability Support Work or a related field
  • National Police Check (less than 12 months old)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
