We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Empowering Lives Disability Support Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and maintain their optimal social wellbeing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing essential support for daily living tasks
- Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Promoting independent decision making and empowerment
- Working within the principles of person-centred practice
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience working with adults with complex support needs
- Driven, energetic, committed, and patient individual
- Compassionate nature and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
