**Rehabilitation Consultant Job Summary**


At Acumen Health, we're committed to delivering exceptional workplace health solutions. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Develop and implement holistic rehabilitation plans to help clients return to work or achieve their career goals
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care and effective injury management
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
