About the Role

Xero is seeking a highly skilled Creative Optimisation Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will drive the global creative optimisation agenda, analysing data, identifying trends, and creating personalised and engaging ad content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social and Display
  • Partner with the creative Hub to develop a scalable process for producing and testing high-performing creatives at scale
  • Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to inform future tests and creative development roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative optimisation efforts with regional and GTM campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad creative best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on digital or creative agency experience
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, TikTok
  • Deep expertise in ad creative of all formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data to insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
