We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Conceptual Art Director to join our team at The Creative Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading conceptual direction, art direction, and graphic design across various projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead conceptual direction, art direction, and graphic design across various projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands and markets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of our creative vision and strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience working with skincare or beauty brands, either as an Art Director or a Senior creative role looking to step up into an Art Director role
  • Creative Direction and Art Direction skills
  • Branding expertise
  • Graphics and Graphic Design abilities
  • Strong visual and conceptual skills
  • High level of competency in the Adobe CS design software and MacOS environment
  • Experience in designing for digital and print platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sound working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote templates an advantage
  • Effective communication and rationalisation of creative ideas and concepts
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
