Job Title: Program Manager - Automation and Optimisation

DP World Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of automation and optimisation infrastructure projects across our Oceania Ports and Terminals. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation and optimisation solutions, including IoT and sensors, AI and machine learning, and software systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure technology sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of automation and optimisation technologies, IoT and sensors, AI and machine learning, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
