As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social and Display.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven creative optimisation strategy to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the creative Hub to develop a scalable process for producing and testing high-performing creatives at scale
  • Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to inform future tests and creative development roadmaps
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative optimisation efforts with regional and GTM campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad creative best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in digital or creative agency settings
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Deep expertise in ad creative of all formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data to insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
