Role Overview

Compare Club is seeking a highly skilled Creative Media Manager to lead our creative design efforts and drive impactful campaigns across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Spearhead ideation and development of creative assets for direct response campaigns, diversifying customer acquisition strategies and overseeing the execution of integrated creative strategies that drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Team Management: Inspire and manage a diverse offshore team of designers, ensuring high standards of creative design and alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of creative materials, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise concepts across various platforms, including Meta/Facebook, Google Display, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  • Concept Development: Drive innovation in creative workflows, develop detailed briefs, and generate impactful ideas that enhance customer engagement and conversion. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design with a focus on direct response advertising.
  • Proven track record of creating high-engagement and high-conversion creative concepts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly with offshore teams.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and direct response advertising techniques.
