As a seasoned Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead our Victorian Industrial business, covering both high-volume recruitment and specialist divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive performance across high-volume and specialist recruitment divisions.\
  • Oversee and deliver on P&L outcomes for the Victorian Industrial business.\
  • Support, mentor and develop direct reports and wider teams.\
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and wellbeing across internal and on-hired employees.\
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients across various sectors.
