Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to coordinate training initiatives across various industries, focusing on Business, Marketing, and Automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and implement all course, training, and curriculum requirements for multiple qualifications.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to understand student and trainer needs, enhancing the learning environment.
  • Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address complex issues effectively.
  • Liaise with support services to empower students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation and requirements for students, trainers, locations, and classroom allocations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance is essential.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of training packages, ASQA regulations, SRTO 2015, and ESOS National Code is crucial.
  • Experience in managing VET course delivery schedules, timetables, allocations, and building client relationships is highly valued.
