About the Role
The Workforce Safety Command is offering an exciting opportunity to enhance employee wellbeing and manage the risk of psychological harm through the provision of mental health and organisational consultancy and counselling services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to employees;
- Supporting the implementation of relevant policies and procedures;
- Facilitating and delivering training programs;
- Developing proactive and preventative interventions;
- Advising on the effectiveness of psychosocial risk management.
