Counselling Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Tertiary qualifications and significant clinical experience in child, young people, and adult trauma counselling.
- Demonstrated specialist assessment, case management, and counselling skills to respond to the needs of clients with proven ability to make independent professional judgements about case planning and clinical management of complex client groups.
- High level of understanding of current policies, frameworks, and legislation regarding child protection, sexual assault, and problematic harmful sexualised behaviours under 10 years old.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including writing of clinical notes, specialist reports, and presentations for training and community education; with high level time management and administrative organisational skills.
- Experience in and commitment to working with people who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, people who are culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), and those from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
