Key Role in Employee Relations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled employee relations professional to join our team as a Principal Advisor. This key role will play a vital part in the provision of excellence in ambulance services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to stakeholders across the state on industrial relations matters, including managing disputes and undertaking case management of discipline matters. They will also contribute to the development of others through coaching, mentoring and sharing their knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level skills in negotiation, communication and conflict resolution, as well as the ability to build productive relationships with clients and stakeholders. A recognised qualification in human resources, law or business is highly regarded but not essential.

The work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License. The applications will remain current for 12 months.
