Regional Manager NSW

Camp Australia is seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations in the Sydney metro area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Coordinators to deliver high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of services across the Sydney metro area, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Provide support for people matters, nurture relationships with schools, and resolve parent/school enquiries.
- Mentor and develop a team of Coordinators to achieve their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- A completed Diploma (or above) in childcare and a First Aid Level 2 Certificate.
