Landcare NSW is the representative body of the Landcare movement in NSW, advocating for the interests of community Landcarers and providing support to Landcare groups across the state.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Community of Practice Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering the Regional Landcare Program, working closely with Regional Landcare Coordinators and Local Landcare Coordinators to build the capacity and resources of Landcare networks and groups in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver the Regional Community of Practice component of the NSW Landcare Program
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Regional Landcare Coordinators and Local Landcare Coordinators
  • Develop and implement professional development and training programs for Regional Landcare Coordinators and Local Landcare Coordinators
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Regional Landcare Coordinators and Local Landcare Coordinators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and pursue funding opportunities for Landcare groups in NSW
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in natural resource management, preferably in a leadership or project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
