Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients, suggest options and develop solutions
  • Create a scope of requirements for projects
  • Coordinate and oversee projects including delegating work to the team, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Proactively look for growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and in new areas
  • Support the Business Development Manager in all areas of the business

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and managing client projects from start to delivery
  • A solid background in customer service (client facing) and dealing with various people and businesses from different industries
  • An understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Well-developed time management and negotiation skills
