Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to support our Implementation team. This role involves working closely with managers to ensure successful new client implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure client accounts based on client specifications, existing workflows, and best practices
  • Deliver engaging customer training sessions to coach new customers through the implementation of complex software
  • Support managers on multiple client implementations
  • Champion product adoption by helping others learn and adopt professional services automation platform
  • Act as an expert, stay up-to-date with new features and issues, and provide quality feedback to the Engineering team

Requirements:

  • Ability to convey complex concepts to people with varying levels of comfort and experience with technology
  • Experience helping clients in a support and/or educational capacity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, patience, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
