Client Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and client-focused professionals to join our Frontline Operations group in various roles. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients through multiple channels to help them meet their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.

Key duties include:

  • Assisting clients via phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals
  • Providing tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate client's payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes
  • Navigating challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism

You will work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations.
