**Account Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to facilitate the growth of our business by engaging with customers at both an operational and strategic level.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Regular travel to customer locations to position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities and needs of our customers
  • Acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements
  • Work closely with existing customers in forecasting, identifying solutions and increasing business
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, working closely with technical product support
  • Ensure our service solution meets the needs of our clients

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated account management and business development experience
  • A professional presence and proven experience partnering with customers
  • Prepared to make sales and complete follow-up documentation
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data analysis and manipulation skills to present meaningful insights
  • A strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • A valid driving licence
  • Current work rights in Australia
