The business development executive will play a pivotal role in expanding brand presence across key customer segments.

The role requires building and nurturing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to grow premium brands in local markets.

This key position involves developing and executing plans to bring brands to life and grow the company's presence in key venues.

Closely collaborating with internal teams and customers, this individual will understand market needs and drive new opportunities to enhance the company's position in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with distributors, retailers, and On Premise customers.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, ensuring their engagement with the company's brands.
  • Present creative, commercial strategies to customers, focusing on driving profitable growth and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Gather market intelligence to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in marketing, sales, and product development to ensure business strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the On Premise channel or the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing territory plans, and executing sales strategies.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
