Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to build and maintain key relationships in our Disability Employment program. The goal is to secure placements for participants into sustainable employment opportunities.
About the Role- This role offers the opportunity to work outside of an office environment, building connections with employers and marketing job seekers to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers and community networks.
- Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment positions.
- Cultivate a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.

To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
