Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting quality improvement initiatives and standard practices across the site.

  • Promote quality improvement initiatives and standard practices across the site.
  • Manage all internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports.
  • Inspect quality procedures and manage process inspections, including paint inspections.
  • Assist with warranty claims and customer responses; contribute to monthly KPI reports.
  • Ensure safety by performing regular audits and monitoring workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Evaluate environmental compliance through internal audits and support external inspections.
  • Train personnel by preparing and delivering ad-hoc toolbox training.
  • Communicate management directives and participate in review meetings.
  • Champion company values and respond to related operational requests.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong auditing experience, ideally with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions.
  • Manufacturing experience; aviation industry experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, confident under pressure, and strong relationship builder.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
