At KPMG, we are seeking a skilled Transformation and Change Expert to play a vital role in helping Asia Pacific (ASPAC) firms meet our collective Trust and Growth ambition.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.

As a Transformation Manager, you will be part of the regional team that collaborates with our global programs to co-design and deliver our future ecosystem.

Utilising your knowledge and experience in transformation, you will facilitate the design of our future state through strategic thinking, collaboration, practical experience, and change management fundamentals.

This is a hands-on role in a small but energetic team with a strong focus on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business problems and design and implement new operating models; including people, process, and technology
  • Work with the Head of Operational Transformation to build our transformation roadmap and investment case to achieve our future state
  • Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation
  • Identify and add value to processes, or redesign the way that we operate
  • Be able to articulate the value of transformation to our stakeholders
