Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director in our Change Management team, you will lead projects for mid-market clients across various industries. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing business transformation-related change projects focusing on organizational design, change management, stakeholder engagement, and training
  • Developing and implementing change strategies and plans for client transformation programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare business functions for the transition to the future state and embedding new technologies and ways of working
  • Creating strategic employee communication plans and content, reviewing literature for distribution, and determining delivery channels
  • C coaching business leaders and stakeholders on change methodologies and tools to support business transformation
  • Leading and working in a team environment where you will multitask, support junior colleagues, and produce quality deliverables
  • Supporting the development of the Enterprise Advisory Change Management Community of Practice
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior Change Management team members to support their professional development and career pathways
  • Contributing to business development opportunities with a focus on Change Management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in People and Organizational Change Management
  • Experience with Change Management frameworks and methodologies
  • Familiarity with mid-market clients across various industries, including Local Government, Energy and Utilities, Higher Education, and Health
  • Skills in designing, conducting, and managing Change Management activities, including strategies, plans, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
  • Expertise in creating impactful communications and presentations
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Change Management professional. The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
