Contract: 12 Max Term Contract

Salary: $160K Base + Super

Location: Sydney, NSW

Job Summary:

Talenza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives, lead stakeholder engagement, and conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of change on employees, processes, and the organisation as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.
  • Conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of change on employees, processes, and the organisation as a whole.
  • Design and deliver training programs to prepare teams for upcoming changes.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, gathering feedback to continuously improve the process.
  • Manage resistance to change by addressing concerns and ensuring a clear, supportive transition for all involved.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and teams as they adapt to new processes, structures, or technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure the integration of change activities into the overall project plan.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organisational development, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale organisational change projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proven experience working in the Healthcare is essential.
