About Us

At our organisation, we are seeking a strategic business partner to drive operational excellence across the organisation.

The Role
  • Provide expert guidance across the organisation, guiding ER/IR matters and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead change management initiatives and participate in system projects to enhance interaction with the business.
  • Partner with business units to translate vision and mission into people strategies and outcomes.

This role is ideal for an influential professional who will empower our people and realise our values. You will bring a hands-on partnering approach, provide expert guidance to optimise people outcomes, and ideally have experience in complex organisational structures.

About You
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills with experience interpreting awards and legislative provisions for key stakeholders.
  • Experience with a Human Resources Information Management System such as ICHRIS.
  • Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
