**Your Opportunity**

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between procurement and business operations. You will manage and prioritize procurement activities and ensure the alignment of business and procurement strategies. As a business partner, you will advocate for the business, manage commercial risks, and drive excellence within the supply base. **This is a 12 - month contract opportunity.**

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible to:

- Act as the primary procurement representative and first point of contact for the business.
- Understand and communicate business needs, insights, local constraints, and regulations to category management teams.
- Lead the implementation of sourcing strategies at the business level, ensuring business buy-in and communicating the value delivered by procurement.
- Identify, understand, and proactively manage risks to the business.
- Provide procurement insights to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated procurement strategies, encouraging open communication and shared goals.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the procurement team.

**About You**

You are an excellent negotiator and project/change manager with strong commercial acumen, consultative skills, and proven strategic abilities. You have demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantages through the development and implementation of procurement strategies. A relevant degree and solid experience in a multinational or complex local environment will be essential for your success in this role.
