Human Resources Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at the Rosebery Mine in Tasmania. As a key member of our operations, you will provide strategic human resources support and advice to drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational HR and employee relations advice on matters relating to sourcing approaches, employment terms and conditions, employment legislation and industrial instruments/awards.
  • Coaching leaders on all people matters including change, communications, culture and performance.
  • Engaging with Operations and Functional Leadership Teams to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Assisting with maintaining employee records and compliance controls.

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • Strong site-based Human Resources experience or similar.
  • Experience interpreting and negotiating Enterprise Agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills with the ability to lead, influence and motivate teams.
