Job Opportunity

We are on a mission to redefine how the world experiences design, and we need an exceptional Business Operations Partner to help us scale efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with our Data Supergroup to establish operational excellence and drive growth. This role is perfect for someone who excels at prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Owning data speciality operations end-to-end, including building processes, documentation, and administrative infrastructure.
  2. Proactively owning internal communication and events cadences for the Data speciality.
  3. Driving initiatives forward and keeping programs on track by coordinating and tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses.
  4. Facilitating relationships, ensuring all relevant teams and partners are up to date and working efficiently.
  5. Forecasting and predicting emerging opportunities across the Supergroup.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Organisational Change Management & Communications.
  • Proven experience in Project Management or a similar role within the start/scale up tech environment.
  • Able to build relationships and rapport quickly and expand your internal networks.
  • Traits of self-motivation, desire to constantly learn, develop, and grow in a pioneering role.
