Job Title: Business Operations Partner

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on Australia and key Asian markets.

The ideal candidate will partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies and ensure local relevance. They will advise business leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor for the APAC region, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and execute effective HR plans, aligning with regional and global goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and implement targeted solutions.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead regional HR projects, driving cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or regional HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in Australia and across Asia.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with multicultural environments is a significant advantage.
