About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA (or eligibility for new grads), and a current Working With Children Check.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy over their work. You will be passionate about helping children thrive and want to be part of a team that shares those values.
The successful applicant will deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT services to children and their families, with flexibility to shape their caseload around their interests and strengths. The role includes a mix of assessment, therapy, and collaboration with other allied health professionals.
You will work with children experiencing Autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, emotional regulation needs, and fine/gross motor delays. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting OT assessments and therapy
- Coaching and supporting parents to extend therapy goals at home / school
- Contributing to small group programmes (e.g., social skills, school readiness)
- Collaborating with the allied health team for integrated client care
- Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development
About you
