Make a Difference in the Lives of Neurodiverse Children

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental language delay. As a key member of our paediatric clinic team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and their families.

  • Delivering individualised therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborating closely with allied health colleagues for integrated care
  • Conducting assessments to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Providing coaching and education to parents to support carryover at home
  • Running small group programs to promote social communication and school readiness skills

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, with autonomy to work independently while benefiting from regular peer support and supervision. Your ability to think critically and creatively will enable you to thrive in this role, making a real difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

About You

We are looking for a reflective, compassionate clinician who is passionate about working with neurodiverse children. You will have a recognised degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia, and a current Working With Children Check. A minimum of 2 years of experience and an interest or experience in working with neurodiverse children are essential.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn from others will enable you to grow and develop as a Speech Language Pathologist in this role.
