Executive Chef Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departmental budgets and forecasts effectively.

  • Develop and implement new menus and products, working closely with the Senior Culinary team.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to HACCP protocols.
  • Schedule staff, prepare payroll and gratuity reports, and conduct regular performance reviews.
