Job Summary

The Lakes Entrance Home Manager is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents, families and carers.

About the Role

This is a national search for an aged care leader with a demonstrated track record in developing inclusive working environments. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with a high-level understanding of the aged care sector and ability to identify changing trends.

  • Lead and retain a high-performing home team, fostering a positive culture aligned with mission and values.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional care and service, promoting a resident-focused approach, driving quality improvements, and maintaining a 'Zero Harm' philosophy.
  • Identify and manage business risks and growth opportunities, overseeing clinical, operational, and commercial impacts of capital works.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement for resident experience, team education and collaboration, mitigating risk and driving positive quality outcomes.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to learning and promoting new systems and policies.

  • Active registration as a healthcare professional.
  • Demonstrated strengths in operational knowledge, human resource issues resolution and effective negotiation skills.
  • Background in project coordination and implementation, and considered commercial acumen.
