Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you will join a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments.

You will be involved in an innovative approach to allied health services for our clients. Our award-winning (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) Plena Care Pathway allows therapists to tailor programs based on resident goals and priorities, delivering evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
    • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and aged care facilities, working within the scope of Occupational Therapy.

Requirements to join:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check
