Senior Care Coordinator

This is a Senior Care Coordinator opportunity with a leading aged care provider. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee the delivery of exceptional care and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive culture aligned with our mission and values, and supporting career development, recruitment, and employee wellbeing across the portfolio. They will also be responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional care and service, promoting a resident-focused approach, driving quality improvements, and maintaining a 'Zero Harm' philosophy for residents, staff, and the environment.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a high-level understanding of the aged care sector and the ability to identify changing trends to ensure best practices are followed. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strengths in operational knowledge, human resource issues resolution, and effective negotiation skills, as well as a background in project coordination and implementation.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and service. You will be adaptable to learning and promoting new systems and policies in line with our mission statement and the Aged Care Commission. Ideally, you will present with an active AHPRA registration and relevant industry experience.
