The Orchards Talent Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join their team as a Home Manager in Lakes Entrance. This is a rewarding opportunity to drive meaningful change and champion continuous improvement.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing home team, fostering a positive culture aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional care and service, promoting a resident-focused approach, driving quality improvements, and maintaining a "Zero Harm" philosophy for residents, staff, and the environment.
  • Identify and manage business risks and growth opportunities, overseeing clinical, operational, and commercial impacts of capital works, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement for resident experience and their physical, emotional, and social needs, team education and collaboration, mitigating risk and driving positive quality outcomes.
 About You:

We are seeking an aged care leader with a demonstrated track record in developing inclusive, well-informed working environments through engagement, empowerment, and support of team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

 Requirements:
  • Active AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated strengths in operational knowledge, human resource issues resolution, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Background in project coordination and implementation, and considered commercial acumen.
