Job Overview

Lead a team of approximately 100 staff in a Residential Aged Care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to bring their expertise and sector knowledge to shape the future of aged care in Australia.

The role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to balance strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident-centred care. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring excellence in care delivery.

About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse with extensive experience as a Home Manager or equivalent leadership role in Residential Aged Care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial and workforce management, including budgeting, rostering, and HR oversight.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance frameworks, and sector reform.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead through change.
